10 things you didn’t know about me
1. I have the loudest laugh ever in the movie theater. I’m always the first to start laughing and the last to stop laughing. And I laugh when nobody else is laughing.
2. I LOVE Mexican food!!!
3. My second toe is too long! - so long that I stub it ALL the time.
4. I’m an art major! I paint, sculpt, and sketch.
5. John Dillinger is my great great great grandfather, and Marilyn Monroe is a distant cousin.
6. My middle name is Sioux, but I’m actually Cherokee Indian not Sioux Indian.
7. I used to be a big tomboy!
8. My second love is cooking. I love Paula Deen. When I’m all old and done with modeling I want to go back to pastry school and hope to have my own restaurant.
9. My favorite models are Lara Stone, Jessica Stam, and of course Kate Moss and Giselle Bundchen. My favorite designers are Ralph Lauren, Alexander McQueen, Versace, and Valentino.
10. I’d rather cook than go out to eat, which is a good thing because I am soooo messy when I eat. I also have the biggest sweet tooth ever!!!! I might possibly be addicted to sugar.
I forgot to mention I live in the south of france, so who knows if your ever near by you should let me know, especially if your homesick for Kentucky, I know from experience. And I promise I wont let you down with the southern hospitality.
hi laura
I have never commented before online, but I just wanted to let you know as have so many others, that you really are natural beauty inside and out. Also you show that its not necessary to be mean, negative and back stabbing in order to succeed in the business, something that is rare. I live in europe now so ANTM is my guilty pleasure from the States, however I grew up between versailles and lexington, near a place called nonesuch, kentucky. You definitely do Kentucky girls justice! Good luck with all you do. And I will be looking for you in the fashion magazines in europe.
this is so funny reading this because we have some things in common!
I am also in love with cooking, and I want to go to pastry school and open my own bakery!
And I very surely am addicted to sugar. Once I finish a meal I’m like, where’s my sugar?! My boyfriend gets mad because my sugar addiction makes him eat it more often. oh well! it’s delicious.
xoxo
Marilyn Monroe?! Wow!
Hi Laura, it’s so nice to read your blog, you’re so down to earth! ANTM season 13 has got to be my favourite among the rest because I’m petite too! Keep blogging because it’s so interesting and perhaps you can add in a couple of recipe of what you cook? I think it’ll be interesting to know how to eat healthy from a model who enjoys good food. Stay awesome Laura!
Hi Laura i heard a myth that if your 2 toe is longer than your big toe that means your mischievious haha thats what my mom always said

Hi Laura,
I watched you on ANTM, I thought you were amazing! I love reading you blog and I really hope you have a great modelling career because the world needs more gorgeous petite models in it! You are such an inspiration to all the petite girls out there, including me, so thank you for that.
Louise
Laura my great aunt told me a long time ago that if your second to big toe is longer then your big toe you’ll be the boss of your husband.lol
Hi Laura,
my name’s Hanna, I’m from Belgium (a tiny country in Europe). I followed your journey through ANTM, and was rooting for you the whole time! I was sad to see that you didn’t win, but you should be proud of your accomplishments. I’m only just 20 myself, but still, you inspire me: just being yourself, never forgetting where you’re from and being grateful for what you have been given. I bet you’re a fantastic role model for your sisters! You’re an inspiration to a lot of people, no matter what direction you pursue in your life, keep it up
I wish I could be a model too, I’m 5′8, but I still look up to you

Im so proud of you. You have a beautiful personality and a sweet spirit. You remind me so much of my daughters, which are 20 and 17. I love how you are not ashamed of who you are and where you are from. I really wanted you to win but I knew you would still be successful even if they didnt choose you as ANTM winner. I hope to see you in movies one day. Always keep God and your family first, and in your heart. Do not let the business and this world change the beautiful person that you are!
Many prayers and blessings to you and your family,
from me, a momma in Florida
